Account Deletion Policy

Deactivate

Deactivating hides your profile and videos. Sign in again at any time to reactivate.

Delete permanently

Go to Settings → Your data → Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, videos, comments, likes, followers, saved items and messages. It cannot be undone. Download your data first if you want a copy.

What we keep

We may keep limited records (such as moderation actions, payment and fraud records, and security logs) when the law requires it or to protect the platform. Copies that other users already downloaded or shared outside Echo, Your World. Your Voice. Your Echo are outside our control.
