Content Moderation Policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy explains how we review content on Echo, Your World. Your Voice. Your Echo.
How content is reviewed
Content is reviewed when users report it, when automated filters (such as banned-word lists) flag it, or when the administrator turns on pre-approval for new videos. Trained moderators make the decisions.
Possible actions
- Removing a video, comment, sound or profile element.
- Warnings.
- Temporary suspension (with an end date).
- Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations.
Notification and appeal
When we act on your content or account, we notify you in the app with the reason. You can appeal by replying to the notice or writing to [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days. A different moderator will review the appeal.
Records
We keep a record of moderation actions to ensure consistency and accountability.
